Add Customer : Fill up the all field and If package have no price put zero(0)
Assign Package
Go to your customer table
Click the action column three dot
After click the action column you can see the Assign Package Option
After click Assign Package then you can see assign package field, like this image
Fill up the all field correctly
If Your global setting for Balance Carry Forward is: Enabled
Then you can see the balance carry Forward option here
Balance Carry Forward: Remaining balance from active package(only for active) will be added to next package balance. This service is applicable for same package - Lifetime to Lifetime, Yearly to Yearly, Monthly to Monthly and Prepaid to Prepaid pacakge.
If Check Active Now package then the package automatically Active and previous package will be Expire
